I know last week I did not do a Fitness Friday post don't worry I will catch you up, I didn't do much. Apart from stretching my week in exercise was pretty uneventful.
This week however was has been really good. Although the goal was to simply not gain, I lost 2lbs! I have been trying to eat on a more timely manner and I have incorporated Zumba Wii. I was able to purchase it with a Groupon

Why is working out while pregnant so much work for me? Apart from some random squats with my daughter on piggy back, I really didn't work out this week.
On the plus side I am still doing ok with my goal of not passing 200lbs. It is going to be hard because I still have a whole 16 weeks to
go. I am almost sure I will go over as much as I don't want to.
If anyone is looking to change up or add a workout plan this might work.
¿Por qué se me esta haciendo tan dificil hacer ejercisios mientras estoy embarazada? Aparte de algunas sentadillas con mi hija en mi espalda, yo realmente no hice ejercisios en esta semana.
En el lado positivo aún estoy haciendo bien con mi objetivo de no pasar 200 libras. Va a ser difícil porque todavía tengo 16 semanas
mas. Estoy casi segura de que voy a pasar aun que no lo quiero.
Si alguien está buscando cambiar o agregar un plan de entrenamiento esto podría funcionar.
I wanted to try a new segment on the blog "Fitness Friday" where I would share my fitness journey and also do post on fitness outfits or exercises.

Siempre he tenido una estoy y no estoy relación con la dieta y el ejercicio en el que batalla con la pérdida de 15 libras. Sé que debe ser un estilo de vida, pero es difícil lol. La última vez que estuve de vuelta en mi regimen de salud y en el gimnasio

I did not workout again until last month when I was 20 weeks pregnant. I had been really sick 24/7, between that and feeling run down with little to no energy for much exercising wasn't a priority. I worked out 3x that week with Brazil Butt Lift and that was it lol so sad I know. I really want to push myself because I have been packing on the pounds, carbs have been my best friend so I worked out on Wednesday using this workout I found on Pinterest
and plan on doing it today and tomorrow. So far it kicked my butt and my thighs have been so sore. My goal is 3x a week and somehow incorporate this other Pinterest
routine in as well. I didn't do to bad with BrazilButt Lift but these days I am not always up for a full 30+ minute high tempo workout.
No hice mas entrenamiento de nuevo hasta el mes pasado cuando tenía 20 semanas de embarazo. Yo había estado muy enferma 24/7, entre eso y tener poca o ninguna energía para mucho, los ejercicios no era una prioridad. Entrene 3x esa semana con Brasil Butt Lift y ya lol, tan triste lo conozco. Tengo muchas ganas de esforzarme porque he estado subiendo las libras, los carbohidratos han sido mi mejor amigo, así que el Miércoles hice este entrenamiento que encontré en Pinterest
y pienso hacerlo hoy y mañana. No fue tan facil los muslos me han estado tan doloridos. Mi meta es entrenar 3 veces a la semana y de alguna manera incorporar esta rutina tambein de Pinteres

I was sent a cute work out outfit including a top and bottom. My top is a NUX active wear rib cami ($50 value) in lilac rose. I am feeling somewhat proud of myself this week, I worked out from Monday to Friday. It’s not a first for me but considering that I am always on this on again off again relationship with exercise, I’m happy that my first week back on the wagon was a success.
I can only pray that the weeks to come are just as successful. I still have 15lbs I want to lose. Last time I was on my mega fit fix I was only 8lbs shy of my goal, I hit plateau and gave up. I slowly let 17 pounds creep up on me.
I’m ready to continue my battle with the bulge. I started working out again semi-consistently back in December and by January had lost ten pounds. I have lots of pictures I can share, I keep forgetting too. However like I had mentioned earlier my weight and I have this on again off again relationship so after having food poisoning I slacked on my diet and exercise for two weeks. This brings me to today; trying once more to keep a steady diet and workout regimen to meet my goal of 160lbs. I am aim more to tone allover, especially tone and trim my core.

Me siento un poco orgulloso de mí misma esta semana, he heco ejercicios a cabo de Lunes a Viernes. No es la primera vez que lo hago, pero como siempre estoy en este jueguito que empiezo una rutina y luego de un par de semanas la dejo, estoy feliz que mi primera semana de regreso fue un éxito.
Sólo puedo orar le a Dios para que las próximas semanas sean del mismo éxito. Todavía tengo 15 libras que quiero perder. La última vez que estaba en mi plan de estar en forma sólo me faltaban ocho libras para lleguar a mi meta, no logre perder mas y me rendi. Poco a poco fui aumentando, hasta que subi 17 libras.
Estoy lista para continuar mi batalla contra la gordura. Empecé a trabajar de nuevo, semi-consistente en Diciembre y ya para el mez de Enero había perdido diez libras. Tengo un montón de fotos que puedo compartir, me siguo olvidando. Sin embargo, como he mencionado antes mi peso y yo siempre hemos tenido una relacion complicada así que después de haber tenido una intoxicación alimentaria, solte mi dieta y ejercicios por dos semanas. Esto me lleva al día de hoy, tratando una vez más de mantener una dieta constante y el régimen de entrenamiento para cumplir con mi meta de estar en 160 libras. Enfocando me primordialmente en estar mas tonificada, especialmente el abdomen.
Los mantendré informados y si me sigues en cualquiera de mis redes sociales tendran una puesta al día de mi alimentación y ejercicios.

I am a fitness enthusiast. This does not mean that I am a fitness fanatic or a fitness addict. It simply means that I am a strong believer that working out promotes great results for both your health and body.
My mother on the other hand, I think she would be considered a fitness addict lol. Any and every exercise machine that has been created and offer over infomercial has probably made its way into her home, so I have been exposed to fitness, exercise and healthy eating my entire life.
Sports and recreation was a big part of my childhood, my father has played softball for as long as I can remember, my brothers participated basketball, baseball, football and boxing. I was signed up to ballet, contemporary dance, rode my bike, roller bladed, and went to summer camp for 5 consecutive years - where I learned to swim at an early age, practiced archery, hiked and engaged in many physical activates.
At 17, I decided to join the Army and it was there that my mental and physical strength were tested to capacity. There I learned mantras such as “No stopping, no giving up” a mantra that I say on many occasion when I feel like my body just cannot give any more. I also learned discipline, dedication and persistence while in training.
It was in the army that I was first introduced to Beachbody, one night on duty and infomercial for Power 90 and that was back in 2003! That fitness program both changed my body and life. As hard, as it is to believe in the army instead of losing weight and being toned or beefed up the total opposite occurred, I gained weight 30lbs to exact a combination of both fat and muscle.
When I was discharged, I began to workout with my Power 90 fitness program, my goal was to get back to 160lbs from 190lbs. I can say that although it was a challenge and I did have days where I would replace the DVD for the gym or a night of dancing, I was able to reach my goal.
My Power 90 DVDs were my go to work out when I felt I needed to get back in shape or to simply maintain my weight. In January 2010, I began using the program again faithfully and incorporated the gym the gym as well. After the birth of my daughter, I was left at 226 when I walked out of the hospital and I was able to successfully get down to 184 by September, however still far from my goal of 165.
My friend Melissa happened to be a Beachbody coach and was promoting a new product called Shakeology an all-natural meal replacement shake with over 70 ingredients and nutrients that produces weight loss, recovery and suppresses hunger.
I was instantly drawn to the product and after trying a 4 pack sample I was ready to purchase my monthly supply. It was then when Melissa advised me that I too could become a BeachBody coach to help others with their weight loss journey as well so I signed up.
When i started Shakeology I was 175lbs. After 30 days on Shakeology, I lost a total of 7lbs, 2 inches off each thigh, 2 inches off each arm and 1 inch off my waist. I became more fit, toned, had more endurance and had gained muscle.

I was so excited with my results that I decided to push myself even harder and started the Insanity 60 day fitness program. During Insanity however I hit a plateau and didn’t lose any inches or pounds but I did continue to build muscle.
