I know last week I did not do a Fitness Friday post don't worry I will catch you up, I didn't do much. Apart from stretching my week in exercise was pretty uneventful. 

This week however was has been really good. Although the goal was to simply not gain, I lost 2lbs! I have been trying to eat on a more timely manner and I have incorporated Zumba Wii. Last weekend I had the opportunity to attend the largest fashion and beauty tradeshow event on the East Coast, Emiliani Enterprises hosted their 2012 BeautyExpo, RUNWAY V.
