Why is working out while pregnant so much work for me? Apart from some random squats with my daughter on piggy back, I really didn't work out this week. 

On the plus side I am still doing ok with my goal of not passing 200lbs. It is going to be hard because I still have a whole 16 weeks to 
go. I am almost sure I will go over as much as I don't want to.

If anyone is looking to change up or add a workout plan this might work.

¿Por qué se me esta haciendo tan dificil hacer ejercisios mientras estoy embarazada? Aparte de algunas sentadillas con mi hija en mi espalda, yo realmente no hice ejercisios en esta semana.

En el lado positivo aún estoy haciendo bien con mi objetivo de no pasar 200 libras. Va a ser difícil porque todavía tengo 16 semanas
mas. Estoy casi segura de que voy a pasar aun que no lo quiero.

Si alguien está buscando cambiar o agregar un plan de entrenamiento esto podría funcionar.

Don't worry maybe u have some energy tmrw. This workout plan is nice!!! I went to my Crossfit class today and I'm beat up. I feel like I am one of those 300lbs participant from the biggest loser (except that I don't have Jillian screaming in my face) haha. Keep it up.

Don't feel bad if you can't work out. You're only going to get more and more tired from here on out especially since you already have a little one to chase after. I had a high risk pregnancy so I wasn't allowed to work out and I passed the 200 mark. I was only 186 at birth with my first and had to remind myself that every pregnancy is different. As long as you are both happy and healthy and just work out after the baby is born. The weight will still fall off as long as you are eating healthy. It's the people that eat straight junk that can't get the weight to come off. I'm currently working on losing those last 20 pounds and I was 216 at birth! I've lost 45 pounds already without doing much. Suerte Chica!
