I am obssessed with this smoothie, it is my go to breakfast smoothie, pre-workout and post-workout smoothie. This is my version of a health shake and it is so delicious and filling. It is also really good if you are breast feeding because it increases milk supply and making more nourishing. The only other time I have been so hooked on a shake was when I was drinking BeachBody's chocolate Shakeology (which is really good for you and works but is expensive) with peanut butter.
- 1 cup 2% Milk
- 2 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana (Medium/Large)
- 1/4 Cup Dry Oats
- 4-5 Ice cubes (or at your discretion)
Blend everything together and enjoy! Don't let it sit too long or it will become very thick because of the oats. Either way it still taste great. You can use fat free milk and fat free peanut butter if you would like to make it a tad healthier.
